Our orders are shipped from San Antonio, Tx or Monterrey, Mx, depending on the convenience. Shipping takes 3-5 business days via Fedex or UPS and for hand painted items + time of creation = 3-5 weeks.

Free shipping on printed posters. Printed items such as mugs, t-shirts, shipping is calculated at the time of purchase.

Hand painted items: International flat rate of $29 USD / US flat rate of $14.4 USD / MX flat rate of $200 pesos

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete shipping address.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses

Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Aza Gonzalez Art has no control over these charges and is not responsible for actions taken by customs or delivery services.

Tracking a package is the customer's responsibility. In the event that a package is returned to our headquarters due to incorrect or missing information, new shipping rates will apply.

Refund policy

All of our purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, read the description of each product before buying.

All our items are guaranteed for 15 days after receipt in case of manufacturing defects.
